- A medical health form must be completed prior to treatment to asses eligibility.
- Results can not be fully guaranteed due to factors such as the bodies healing ability, after care etc.
- Cancelled appointments less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation charge.
- A £50 deposit may be required at the time of booking.
